SHIPPING:
Processing and Shipping time for all UK orders is 5-14 working days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next Monday or working day if the following Monday is a bank Holiday.

For orders worldwide orders, the processing and shipping time is from 10-21 days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next Monday or working day if the following Monday is a bank Holiday. All orders are tracked and signed and will be delivered via Royal Mail.


RETURNS :

We take pride in the quality of our hair products and we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the mistake is made by us.

If you believe that you received an incorrect item or there was a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your shipment to start the return process. Our team will review your claim and determine if a return is necessary.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returns must be approved in advance and returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition and has not been used or altered in any way. We reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

Products that have been opened or used, or chemically altered
Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
Products that are past the 14-day return window

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

VIRGIN HAIR CAN BE LIFTED UP TO COLOUR 27, PLEASE ENSURE TO DO A BLEACH STRIP TEST BEFORE BLEACHING THE FULL HAIR PIECE. IF IT DOES NOT PASS THE BLEACH TEST PLEASE DM US SO WE CAN ADVISE YOU ON WHICH BLEACH TO USE AS LOW QUALITY BLEACH DAMAGES HUMAN HAIR.
